WINDOWS 8 LOST !!!!

Hello,

I have a Dell Inspiron 7520. Recently I tried reinstalling windows 8 and the screen froze.
I was not able to recover from this problem. I'm using my old computer as of now.
I think i lost my genuine windows. How do I get it back ? please help ! I'm stuck !
