My computer freezed after restarting due to a windows update
I had to do the recovery process through Dell's program (the back up didn't seemed to work for me)
but now the problem is that it does not recognize windows 8
a blue screen with the msg "Activate windows" appears
also at bottom right there is another msg "Windows 8 built 9200"
My laptop is new and has the legit windows but i cant find the product key
This is very frustrating cause is the second time my new laptop experiences problems
