Hi Dell Support,
I have upgraded my laptop from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10. After working on Windows 10 for some days i found some issues with it, so i wanted to degrade it to Windows 8 back again using the recovery disc which i got from Dell Technical support. Now i see that disc is not working properly and i don't have any recovery backup spare with me. If i am correct using recovery option from control panel will not give the genuine OS which i had earlier. Please help me out on this with a solution. Awaiting your response
