Inspiron 17 5000 series after dell logo loading the windows 10 didn't open. It stays at blank screen with only the cursor moving.

I tried already removing the battery and press the power button. Then connect the plug. Start the computer. Nothing happened.

Pressing f8,f2 and other f. But nothing happened.

I don't know how to fix it.
