Retrieve Original Windows 8 for new HDD

Hi..

My Dell inspiron 15R 5521 laptop's original HDD was crashed. It had pre-installed Windows 8.

And, I had updated to windows 10 recently. 

Please guide me to reinstall windows 8 or 10 for the new HDD via online, coz' I do not have any recovery media (DVD or USB). 

And further,

1.) Is it possible to reinstall the windows to a SSD ?

2.) Will I get all Dell applications (VGA application, Audio application etc..) came with my laptop with the re-installation of windows ..?
