Yesterday when I turned on the computer, a small box appeared in the bottom right of my screen Says "software download complete. Install uninstall later" This is my only option. Right click gets nothing.I click install later and it moves to the bottom left. I have not downloaded anything,or clicked on any ads. Do not know where it comes form, or what it is. I have windows 8.1,and use current Firefox.I cannot move the box anywhere. I do not know if this would be from Dell, but no one on other windows forum seems to know what it is. So thought I would take a chance here.
