Dell Inspiron 660s with W8 Pro w/ Media Center - I used a key finder to retrieve W8 key for the computer and found 2 keys - one for W8 Pro w/MC and another W8 BIOS OEM.
Went to Windows Store to upgrade W8 to W8.1, received message that the retail version could not be used on my computer. Downloaded the full version online of W8.1 but after install I attempted to activate and received the message that my keys can not be used for that edition of W8.1. Tried both keys and received same message.
I tried to downgrade to W7 but received same message.
What do I have to do to get out of W8?
