The hard drive on my Inspiron 3521 laptop recently failed and I had to replace it. I ordered the recovery USB from Dell. I was able to restore Windows, but it will not activate. This is preventing me from upgrading to Win10. I get the following error message on the windows activation screen:
Error code: 0xC004C003
Activation server has determined that the specified product key has been blocked.
