I used Dell Backup & Recovery to make two sets of recovery media (USB and Discs) for my Dell laptop running Windows 8.1 and both were successful.
However after this I noticed on my C: drive there was a folder named "System Recovery" that was created the same time as the recovery media. I cannot access this folder as I dont have permissions (although I am the system administrator) and the folder owner is showing as "unable to display current owner" and/or "unknown".
I know this folder is related to Dell Backup & Recovery but why, as the administrator, can't I have access to it. I want to delete this folder, so how do I do that?
Any help in this regard will be much appreciated. Thanks.
