New HDD, Got Recovery Media from Dell - No Product Key?

Not sure if any other people have encountered this issue, but I replaced the HDD on a PC and I have recovery media ordered right from Dell. The recovery USB boots just fine, but the first thing it asks for when loading Windows 8 is a product key. There was no product key given with the recovery media, all that is listed is a bunch of random numbers on the USB tool itself (I'm guessing the part-number P/N). Any idea on how I could get this activated?
