During shut down message appears" one app is preventing shut down" then system restarts. also when i restart pc it takes too long. the message appears" getting window ready, don't turn off tour computer". this message doesn't disappear even i waited for an hour. how to solve this problem.
using windows 8.1 on vostro 3900 mini tower pc.
bios and chipset is up to date.
