I made 2 Recovery media dvd's a while back, I wiped my system out cause I was having problems with it. I went to use the 2 Recovery Media dvd's to bring my system back up, but I get a Oxc000000f error code, and a blue Recovery screen stating my pc needs to be repaired ?? I have a Inspiron 3520 laptop. What gives ??
