I will explain only two problems for now:
1.) I turn this Inspiron on and when I enter my password, the whole screen goes black. I have tried for 11 days, only one day I was able to use it - password is correct, then what is wrong? Something strange I should let you know: Screen goes black yet power stays on, and it must be still connected to Internet because a few pop ups appear on the screen, nothing else.
2.) I have never had computers/laptops so full of commercials popping up all over, like bunch of bees attacking, why?
