hi my hard drive broke down few days ago (inspiron 15 3531) Dell sent me a new one and also a usb key with 8.1. I changed the hard drive and when i try to reboot the computer windows 8 ask me for a product key. I dont have any since windows came installed from factory. They sent me another usb key with windows 8 today and its the same thing, windows asking me for a product key. What next ? thank you
