Hi,
I have a V8 Pro 3845 running a fully updated version of Windows 8.1 including all drivers available on Dell's support site, and I'm unable to print using my HP 100 Mobile Printer paired via Bluetooth. I am able to pair the device without issues, however when I try to print a test page from Windows > Devices and printers or within 3rd party software I'm unable to. With that said, I'm successfully able to print within NotePad.
When printing the test page I'll see things like Error - Printing or printing indefinitely within the "See whats printing" job log. It'll also show the data being sent as ~13/25kb depending on the document. Regardless it looks like 1/2 of the job is sent to the printer successfully.
Any thoughts?
