Dell Data Protection Security Tools

Hi,

i've a installed lastest Dell Data Protection Security Tools version on Latitude E6430 with Windows 8.1 to use fingerprint as auth method, but when i installed the suite there isn't Administration Console.

I have read the "Dell Data Protection Security Tools Installation Guide", but under "All Programs" there isn't Framework and there isn't Administration Tools. Any Ideas?
