Hello all,
I have a dell Inspiron 3521 operating with Windows 8. I tried to create a security back up of factory settings using a USB 2.0 flash disk through "My Del" security center. However, I failed creating one as the flash disk got corrupted through the procedure. First I through it was the usb flash that was corrupted from the beginning and I replaced this. Having a new flash disk I repeated the procedure. This time, I made sure that tha usb flash is operating fine before I start the back up procedure. Unfortunately even the new flash disk got corrupted. Does anyone faced similar problem in the past? Any ideas how this can be resolved? After having destroyed two flash disks I am reluctant to repeat the procedure with any new disk device...
