I have Inspiron 3521 with Windows 8 and have a problem to create factory image on my USB memory stick discussed in here:

In line with the above discussion I tried to update the Dell Backup and Recovery application, however the following error message appears: “Server Script, Line 56: attempt to index global ‘DBRFactrySetupVersionResul’ (a nil value)” What should I do? If I just simply remove the present version of Dell Backup and Recovery and install a new one from dell website, would it recognize my factory image?
