NEED DRIVER FOR DELL 3647 DESKTOP FOR WINDOWD 8 32 BIT OS

I purchased the dell 3647 small desktop last week with linux operating system installed.  Now I installed Windows 8 (8.1) with 32 Bit OS.   But Dell WIRELESS connectivity and Bluetooth are not working due to non availability of drivers.   In dell website only 64 bit OS drivers are available.  i.e. only for win 7 - 64 bit, win 8 - 64 bit,  win  - 8.1  64 bit.   But there is no drivers available for any windows with 32 bit OS.  So I NEED COMPLETE DRIVER FOR DELL 3647 DESKTOP FOR WINDOWD 8 32 BIT OS
