Hello Dell Community , I recently bought an Dell Inspirion 3537 , I was using Windows 7 since now and had no problems, but I've updated to Windows 8.1 Pro .
Now when I close lid to set my laptop to sleep, if I open it, it only give me black screen and it need a forced shut down. I don't think it even goes to sleep cause the cooler is still spinning,same result if I put my laptop to hibernate.
I've tried to set it to sleep from the Power Button .. same result it just turns of my screen and need a forced shutdown. Even if I set my laptop to turn off dextop if I dont use it for live 5 mins , the screen turns black but I need to force restart to use my PC.
I have tried to update BIOS,Chipset,Integrated Graphic Card, Turned off Fast Start-up.
Note that the I have dedicated AMD Radeon R9 M265X graphic card ,and I've installed the driver from AMD website with autodetect cause on Dell website the graphic card for my model dossn't match.
